Returns and refunds

Due to the sanitary nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a unit has been shipped.

Exceptions may apply only if:

  • You receive the wrong item (not the unit ordered), or
  • There is a significant undisclosed defect (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof).

If approved, a replacement or partial refund will be offered at Chamonda Collections’ discretion.
